Nitrox Diver
This is the entry level certification course for recreational
divers wishing to utilize EANx (Enriched Air Nitrox) as a breathing
gas. The objective of this course is to train divers in the benefits,
hazards and proper procedures for using EANx (Enriched Air Nitrox)
mixes from 21% to 40% oxygen content.
What do I need to start?
Minimum age: 15 years.
Minimum certification of Open Water Diver or current enrolment in an Open
Water Diver course.
Minimum of 10 logged dives, or the Nitrox Diver program may be taught in
conjunction with an Open Water Diver certification.
