Oxygen First Aid For Scuba Diving Injuries
The DAN Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries course
represents entry-level training to educate the general diving
(and qualified non-diving) public to better recognise possible
dive-related injuries and to provide emergency oxygen first aid
while activating the local emergency medical services (EMS) and
/ or arranging for evacuation to the nearest available medical
facility. The prerequisites are a minimum age of 12, and current
CPR training from a recognized agency, such as the SDI CPR1ST
course or the PADI EFR course. This can be provided for you at
additional cost.
We can also certify you with a PADI Oxygen First Aid Specialty for an extra £20
after the completion of the DAN Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries
course.
